Because no two weddings are alike, special planning and designing are required to make a wedding and reception perfect for the bride and groom. We tailor all of the details of the day according to the wants and needs of the special couple.
Your complimentary 30 minute consultation will consist of a discussion about décor budget, design theme/look, & our service contract. A copy will be given to you to look over after the consultation, from which you will have a week to look it over and get back to me if you would like to move forward with our services. You may schedule a quick follow-up meeting to sign the contract in person and pay the designer fee deposit or sign your contract electronically and submit an electronic payment.
The initial design will be a presentation of ideas through pictures and various fabric samples. The design will be a complete package that will include a pricing breakdown and detailed description of how the wedding and reception would look.
After the first design presentation, we would begin to adjust the plan according to your likes and dislikes. This would include adding to and/or removing products and details from the design. For example, you may decide that you want to change the color of a particular detail or remove something altogether. Or you may decide that you would like to change from one product to another. We will be able to provide several options if needed.
If an agreement is not reached on the design or if you decide not to use our services for your event, the designing fee is forfeited and is not refundable.
Once a design is approved, we require a "contract of service". This contract secures your design and allows us to move forward with actually creating the plan. At the time of signing the contract, the designer fee, 25% of your total décor budget, is due. The remaining balance is split into two or three scheduled payments according to your preference, with the final payment being due 30 days prior to your event.
